DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes we do, but please contact us for pricing if shipping outside of Canada.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ASSEMBLE A CHAIR?

Minimal assembly is required for our chairs and we provide assembly instructions with each chair. The assembly process usually takes around 15 minutes from start to finish.


WHAT TO DO IF I LOSE THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS?

Every purchase will come with an assembly booklet. You can also get the PDF version here


WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We ship our packages from Vancouver, BC. If you are in the lower mainland (Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby), we have an in-house delivery service and for any orders outside of the lower mainland, we will deliver via UPS.



HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information provided. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before movement is reflected on the travel history.



HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Once you've decided on what you want, simply add it to your cart and follow the check out instructions. If you are having any difficulties with placing an order, please reach out to us via live chat or email info@masterform.ca.

 

DO YOU HAVE A CUT OFF TIME FOR PROCESSING ORDERS PER DAY?

Yes, we do! We process orders placed until 13:00 PST per day. All orders placed after this time will be processed the following day. 

 

DO YOU SHIP ON WEEKENDS?

At the moment, our partner couriers only ship during weekdays. 

 


HOW DO I CHANGE QUANTITIES OR CANCEL AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?

For changes to any orders, please contact us via live chat or email info@masterform.ca with your order number.


RETURNS

GENERAL RETURN INFO

Hassle-free 30 day free return policy.

We offer a 30 day risk free returns on all our chairs in their original packaging. As long as you return your item to us in new condition in the original packaging, we will refund you in full.

We’re unable to accept returns on the following purchases:

- Bulk Orders

- Missing or damaged parts or packaging



HOW DO I RETURN A CHAIR?

All returns must be approved by MasterForm within 30 days. Send us an email to info@masterform.ca and we will assist you through the entire process.

We typically process returns within 3 business days of receipt. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.


WARRANTY

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON CHAIRS?

All MasterForm chairs have an all-inclusive 2 year warranty.

Guidelines:

Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.

We will repair or replace any parts deemed defective.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

MasterForm chair itself.

Performance according to published specifications.

Any defective parts that malfunction within the 2 years 



WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

Normal wear and tear of the MasterForm chairs.

Any damages or malfunctions in the product caused by repairs, or attempted repairs, performed by anyone not affiliated with or authorized by MasterForm.

Any product that has been damaged by or subjected to misuse, abnormal handling or impact.

Improper assembly or disassembly.

Any modification to the frame or electrical components.
